There is a fancy project I have ever heard in Japan, and now it is underway at Kobe.
The project is to create the huge scale pool which can creates artificial waves and customers can do a surfin on that waves. The theme is "Creating the waves from Kobe where there is no waves".
In the long way, there would be a same project in Tokyo and Okinawa.
